Don't know if "Total Population" here includes Muslims too or not. If it does, we're busted.

Note how all those "success stories" about fertility rates, France and Scandinavia, all are under replacement, except Muslims.

All those Patriotic European Warriors (PEW): Surely you've been doing your patriotic duty and producing lots of white babies. Have you?

The West is committing suicide. Not figuratively, or whatever, but it literally hates itself and wants to die (ever since it abandoned it's birthright religion and belief in God). The low TFR and massive Muslim importations are just symptoms.

Traditionally, European warriors have not relied on differential fertility as a method, preferring other, more direct, approaches. But go Ireland.

Cool chart, Spandrell. Want to post one that includes Turkey?

Wolfram-Alpha says their fertility rate is at 2.1, so they'd be a wee bit short of the total population rate of Ireland.

So basically the Kurds are reproducing, the Turks aren't

The green belt is ethnically Turkish, so I wouldn't say that much. But I'm sure the Turks aren't happy about the Kurds breeding that much.

If Europeanization means secularization, atomization, and drop in fertility rates, maybe the long game should be better assimilation and integration policies for all of these new arrivals. Look at the fertility rate of Iran. There's no inherent Muslim imperative to outbreed.

We can't assimilate and integrate so many without turning into Brazil. They have to go back.

Silenus

It's funny you mention Brazil! Because: http://graphics.latimes.com/syria-to-brazil/ They socialize with friends at the mosque after Friday prayers, but “the Islam here in Brazil is a milder Islam,” he says unhappily. The mosques host parties with balloons and cake, a practice he can’t endorse. He stands in line for coffee at a Starbucks. Nearby, a young male couple kiss passionately. He sits down with his drink. At the table behind him, a man and a woman are kissing. “It’s a good country, but it’s not for us — not for Muslims,” he says. because Brazil is what it is, Syrian refugees would rather go elsewhere. So looks like an emergent win-win solution

"Update your priors" -- Fertility is beginning to rebound, especially among the "upper echelons" of society. In Germany, for example, the highly educated now have more children than the less educated (1.7 vs 0.9; before you ask: inflation for educational attainment is not the culprit). The TFR for highly educated German women won't be so in 20 years, but much higher. This is not the only relevant fertility differential within the ethnic German population you'd want to put your teeth into. The average is a very gross measure. Populations have substructures. (The relevant info is freely available online. Look for it.)

Record of blank votes and people who didn't go to vote in France. It is as if, somehow, they sense what they don't understand: that nothing changes whatever the results. If sensation gained clarity and mutated into understanding... oh, but that would be against the First Law of anthropology (or was it the Second? It doesn't matter much, probably...)
